Overview

Scope of the Report

The global Disposable Intubation Tubes market size is predicted to grow from US$ 620 million in 2025 to US$ 888 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.3% from 2026 to 2032.

In 2025, the global sales volume of disposable intubation tubes was approximately 151.3 million units, with an average manufacturer selling price of about US$4.20 per unit. Disposable intubation tubes are sterile, single-use medical tubes inserted through the mouth or nose into the trachea to establish and maintain an artificial airway. They are typically made from medical-grade polyvinyl chloride, silicone, or other polymer materials and may incorporate a cuff, inflation line, pilot balloon, standard connector, radiopaque marking, and reinforced tube wall. These products provide a stable airway pathway, reduce the risk of tube kinking and gas leakage, and support mechanical ventilation, oxygen delivery, anesthetic gas administration, and airway management in operating rooms, intensive care units, emergency departments, and prehospital emergency settings.

Market growth is primarily supported by rising global surgical volumes, increasing demand for intensive care and emergency intubation, population aging, and a growing burden of respiratory diseases. Stronger infection-control requirements and wider adoption of single-use medical consumables are further increasing demand for standard endotracheal tubes. At the same time, the adoption of low-pressure cuffs, reinforced tube walls, subglottic secretion drainage, visualization, and nerve-monitoring functions is shifting the product mix toward higher-value models. Improving surgical and critical-care capacity in emerging markets, together with expanding exports from manufacturing bases such as China and India, will also support steady market development.
