Overview

Scope of the Report

Dual-cure one-component epoxy adhesive is a special type of epoxy adhesive that can be cured in two different ways, namely heat curing and moisture curing. Thermal curing refers to the chemical reaction between the latent curing agent in the adhesive and the epoxy resin at high temperatures to form a cross-linked network structure. Moisture curing means that at room temperature, the accelerator in the adhesive reacts chemically with water molecules in the environment, triggering the curing process. Dual-curing one-component epoxy adhesive has the following advantages: Convenient storage: Because the adhesive is one-component, it does not require measuring or mixing and can be stored at room temperature for a long time without failure or curing. Flexible process: Since the adhesive can be used in two curing methods, the appropriate curing conditions, such as temperature, time, humidity, etc., can be selected according to different application requirements. Good bonding performance: Since the adhesive forms a stable cross-linked network structure after curing, it has high strength, high heat resistance, high chemical resistance and high aging resistance, and can bond a variety of materials, such as metals, ceramics, Plastic, wood, etc.

Global key Dual-Cure One-Component Epoxy Adhesive players cover Master Bond, Sika USA, ThreeBond, Composites One, DB Bond, etc.
