Overview

Scope of the Report

The global Flooded Evaporators market size is predicted to grow from US$ 3,706 million in 2025 to US$ 4,709 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 3.5% from 2026 to 2032.

The flooded evaporator is a highly efficient heat exchange device in the refrigeration system. It achieves efficient heat absorption by completely filling the shell of the evaporator with refrigerant, so that the refrigerant maintains the maximum contact area with the outer surface of the heat transfer tube. In the flooded evaporator, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant occupies the entire evaporation chamber. When chilled water or other refrigerant flows through the internal heat exchange tube, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the refrigerant and gradually evaporates into a gaseous state. In this process, since the refrigerant is always in a full liquid state, continuous and uniform heat exchange is ensured, which improves the stability and efficiency of the system.

Global key Flooded Evaporators players cover Danfoss, Alfa Laval, Onda SpA, SWEP International, Wieland Provides, etc.
