Overview

Scope of the Report

The main engine and motor of the homogeneous emulsification pump adopt a directly connected cantilever structure. A set of double-layer stators and double-layer rotors are installed in the working chamber. The rotor drive shaft is made of high-strength 304/316L material and is directly connected to the motor main shaft. The material is sucked in through the inlet and moves at high speed in the very narrow gap between the rotor and the stator. Under the action of mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the material is subjected to high-speed shearing, uniform mixing, grinding and crushing, stirring and emulsification, etc. Single-stage, multi-stage and various rotor and stator (Rotor/Stator) combinations with different density specifications can be provided to meet the best process production requirements.

Global key Homogenizing Emulsifying Pumps players cover Spxflow, Lafa Pump Technology, Ningbo Durrex Pumps, Ningbo Hengshi, DONJOY Technology, etc.
