Overview
Scope of the Report
The global Industrial IoT Cylindrical Primary Lithium Batteries market size is predicted to grow from US$ 485 million in 2025 to US$ 738 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.2% from 2026 to 2032.
Industrial IoT Cylindrical Primary Lithium Batteries are non-rechargeable cylindrical lithium primary cells applied to IoT-enabled smart water meters, electricity meters, gas meters and other metering terminals. With low self-discharge, long service life and wide operating temperature range, they are well adapted to low-power devices and can deliver maintenance-free power supply for meters for several years to over a decade.
Their unit prices differ by model, capacity, chemical system and order quantity. Mainstream products are priced at 0.8 to 2.4 US dollars per piece. Lithium thionyl chloride batteries cost 1.4 to 2.4 US dollars each, and lithium manganese dioxide batteries are 0.8 to 1.2 US dollars each. Bulk orders are eligible for a 10% to 20% discount. The industrial chain is fully established. The upstream provides lithium ore, chemical materials, steel cases, separators, electrolytes and other components. The midstream engages in cell production and battery packaging, with domestic manufacturers holding a major market share. The downstream connects meter producers, system integrators and operators, building a complete industrial chain.
Global key Industrial IoT Cylindrical Primary Lithium Batteries players cover SAFT, Gold Peak, Maxell, Duracell, Panasonic, etc.
