Given that the peroxidation reaction is exothermic and the product exhibits relatively low thermal stability, quality control is a critical priority across all stages—including production, dilution, emulsification, packaging, and cold-chain storage and transportation. Downstream applications primarily involve polymerization systems for materials such as PVC, LDPE, EVA, polyvinylidene chloride resins, acrylates, and methacrylates.
