Overview

Scope of the Report

The global Machine Screw Jacks market size is predicted to grow from US$ 297 million in 2025 to US$ 403 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.5% from 2026 to 2032.

A Machine Screw Jack is a gearbox assembly (either worm gear or bevel gear) and a transmission product (lead screw, ball screw or roller screw) which through use of a motor is used to convert rotary into linear motion. They can be used to push, pull, tension, lock, unlock, tilt, pivot, roll, slide and lift or lower loads.

This product belongs to the mechanical principle and is one of the types of manual lifting tools. It has a compact structure and can reasonably use the swing of the rocker to rotate the pinion, which drives the screw to rotate through a pair of bevel gears, pushing the lifting sleeve, so that the heavy object rises or falls. It can be used for railway vehicle maintenance, mine and construction project support, and general heavy object lifting and lowering.

Machine Screw Jacks can support heavy objects for a long time, but due to their small lifting capacity and laborious operation, screw jacks are more often used in mechanical maintenance work.

Global Machine Screw Jacks key players include Columbus McKinnon, Power Jacks, Nuodun, etc. Global top three manufacturers hold a share over 15%. China is the largest market, with a share about 30%, followed by Europe, and North America, both have a share about 40 percent. In terms of product, Worm Gear Screw Jack is the largest segment, with a share over 60%. And in terms of application, the largest application is General Industrial, followed by Material Handling Industrial, Aerospace and Aircraft, Automotive, etc.
