Overview

Scope of the Report

The global Pipe Lining Equipment market size is predicted to grow from US$ 9,377 million in 2025 to US$ 13,030 million in 2032; it is expected to grow at a CAGR of 4.9% from 2026 to 2032.

Pipe lining equipment is a system used to line the inner surface of pipelines, either new or existing. It is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for rehabilitating pipelines, extending their service life, and improving flow characteristics.

The equipment typically includes a liner supply reel, inversion equipment, and a curing unit. The liner is unrolled from the supply reel and fed through the inversion equipment, which softens and invert folds the liner. The inverted liner is then pulled into the pipeline, often with the help of vacuum or pressure. The curing unit then applies heat and pressure to the liner, causing it to adhere to the inner surface of the pipeline.

With the advancement of science and technology, especially in pipeline repair and lining technology, many new technologies and products are being introduced continuously. For example, the use of robots and automated systems for pipe lining can greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labor costs. As urban infrastructure ages and the number of pipelines requiring maintenance increases, the demand for pipe lining equipment market is also increasing. The demand for pipe linings will continue to grow, especially in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
